Herbert Mensah, President of the Ghana Rugby Football Union (GRFU) and Chairman of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) Media Relations Sub-Committee delivered an inspirational address to the Ghana national Rugby team, the Ghana Eagles, before their match against Benin in the Rugby Africa Regional Tournament Group West 1 in Accra on 30 April 2017.
