The problem with hatred and vengeance is that it blinds people to any form of long term or strategic thinking… resulting in short term satisfaction of gaining pyrrhic victory/success which is when they win the battle but lose the war…..

Perhaps the ultimate sin was caused out of naivity and ignorance which in turn was borne out of a thought process which included trying many fruit before making a judgment on which one was poisonous.

The challenge of a fledgling faith must always be borne out of pure love …… that way there is little need to experiment or look elsewhere

It is all very well to talk of the need for strong institutions but when the integrity of the managers and custodians of the same institutions are constantly being challenged the process is tainted and untenable.

We have not evolved as a people to the point where our democracy can be dependent on these institutions without the presence of a strong man with vision, focus and a sense of equity at the helm!

In dirty air at night it is not easy to see the way forward and when the path is unfamiliar the way back may not be the option.

It is at times like this that we need to believe in and trust in the leader.

In life the same is true and at times like the present where many wish there was a way back there simply is no option other than to see matters through.

In these seemingly visionless times our very existence appears to be in the hands of our fellow human beings.

When i go to the dentist i have my fillings and dental work done without injections and when i have had operations resulting from rugby injuries i always craved to be awake even though i was over ruled by Doctors.

I have witnessed childbirth without epidurals seen our mothers endure serious physical and psychological pain without complaint.

When i have gone through the pain of betrayal and misrepresentation i have been strengthened by the resilience of our mothers.

“Pain of any sort – physical, mental or emotional – is really a teacher.  It cannot touch us. It has only come to help us transform our being and consciousness.

From now on, don’t run from pain.  Ask to be shown the lesson it brings.  The restriction this takes gives you the energy of healing at the deepest and most profound levels of your life.”

I have learnt to embrace pain…… try it too!

The key to success, dedication, structure, focus and luck aside is not to be afraid to be different. If your dreams are focused and correct then your actions will be so different that your competitors will only see your light months or years later. Get it right and you will succeed and put your detractors to shame!

And remember … never worry about the hurtful things people will say about you!

The Big M (menopuse) is a reality but also is our state of mind … it is soo important to embrace Menopause with strength (most women don’t) and to allow the vidid mind substitute what might be lost by nature

The ability to engage all of Gods creations with selfless objectivity means you do not have to recite his good book to be at peace in heaven on earth.

The light you emit ensures that others without your perfect vision can feed of you and spread the love and happiness some talk of but never live.

Yes God is truly great and only in God can we find the peace we all seek.

We live at such an intolerant time. How often do many of us simply not listen to others and yet are quick to judge?

Your work here is to learn to be tolerant of others, no matter what. As difficult as that may be sometimes, patience comes to you quicker when you understand.  The Creator made someone a certain way in order to give that person an opportunity to change and the same thing was done for you, too.

Going forward, when you find it difficult to tolerate someone, remember you are no different than that person. You also have much to correct, and therefore it is wise to be compassionate and accepting.

Never forget one of the Golden rules ….. do unto others as you would have them do unto you….

Oh to go for a walk in these woods with you would be oh so special. There would only be a beginning but no end … our gait would be leisurely and the temperature cool to warm. We would be accompanied by a pet and the wind would be gentle. The benches would be evenly spaced and we would be content …
