It is not always the rock which blocks the way of unity, growth and progress.

Often it is those who camouflaged the rock as something else who are the culprits ensuring that real progress is never made!

Always remember that many faces hide a mask which in turn covers the face!

There are moments in time when people must remember not only where they were but also join with others in remembering who we are.

Death has a cultural poignancy which transcends the occasion. As Ghanaians both the mourning and the celebration of death, although differing depending on tribe, takes a new position depending on the stature of the person departed.

President Mills has now departed and people must remember his stature and give him and his family the respect he and and his seat as President demand.

The BBC has announced that President Mills died after a bout of throat cancer. The Castle yesterday confirmed his passing. We must now, irrespective of political background and irrespective of our individual feelings toward The departed President, respect him and his family as well as ourselves at this moment!

I believe that the President Mills i once knew would hope that at this moment, more than at any other, Ghanaians will come together peacefully and with dignity.

Let us respect his views on life and death with peace and unity now!

How many of us are happy to read motivational pieces by others on Facebook and yet do not live it?

How many people watch movies and appreciate tenderness shown and then treat their own harshly?

How many people attend prayers and then immediately treat our neighbours as our enemies…

We must start looking at the glass as a mirror and not just as a window if we are to survive and prosper peacefully!

There are many who do business or whose existence depends on the stability of our currency to be able to survive. Sadly our currency which has fallen into an abyss ….. as of the close of day on Friday £1 = c3.22!!!! and $1 = c2.08! This 2012 30%+ devaluation of currency where demand has fallen by an even greater margin has meant that businesses have been suffering a cash flow crisis from hell. This trend has straddled time and governments! So much is wrong here … too few people with power appear ready to speak out … the media and the institutions appear to lack integrity or credibility to fight the fight for those who matter …. the mass of the people and the middle classes are behaving like Ostriches!

We are all facing tough if not extremely difficult times at present and it is easy to complicate our reality.

It’s easy to let our thoughts and worries complicate our lives. Remember that it takes great strength to be simple.

If like me you believe in being real then there are two thoughts that a successful person must let go of:

I will never make it.

I am already there.

And remember, the key is to never give up and never think you are all that!

Always search and be guided by the light. Walk in the light and never be afraid of the shadows. Insecurity and negativity dwell in darkness and emerge from the shadows looking to draw from the light of dusk.

Keep moving following the brightest of lights and remember that good begets good whilst evil begets evil!

God is the light!

We must dream it is soo important to release the mind… even if we rarely recollect them (dreams)… it is also so important to fantasize and allow our minds to take us beyond the point of reality.

It is all good and if you can meet people of the same thinking and mindset you will forever remain young at heart!

I believe in the power and strength of the mind.
I constantly use mine to control pleasure, performance, lust and love without expecting much aside from a sense of decency in return.
