“You can only do what you feel”

Beginning of a new week gives us all a chance to start afresh with positivity of thought and attitude to others.

It only takes a moment of sweetness and deep appreciation to reignite a person’s smile and smiling can be so infectious

Try lighting up the world today with some sensitivity to others!

One of my favourite phrases is “you can only do what you feel”. This is actually pretty deep and as measure of gauging our actions especially in the case of care is quite clear!

If we are given the opportunity to see someone else’s pain it is because we have the ability to do something about it. If we see someone in pain and we don’t do anything, this is the lowest form of behaviour…. hence my saying…. we can only do what we feel!

Today, know that you can make a difference if you are prepared to act amidst others pain and suffering.
